All the rooms on the south side overlook the spacious and exclusive external loggia, at which is possible to access through both the living room and one of the double bedrooms.

The apartment’s loggia is furnished with outdoor furniture.

The apartment is completely climate-controlled and is equipped with a 40-inch flat screen TV, WI-FI and bed linen, as well as a furniture-fridge and all the tableware necessary for the usage of the kitchen.
